This site was created to share and hopefully gain information on art, art shows, culture, articles, classic film, museums, history, Victorian homes, I love it all!!!
Please note that in most of my posts is a clickable link directly under the date where you can get more information on the topic discussed. I am not able to cover every calendar event for each location that I suggest to visit, so I encourage you to explore further and find what is best for you. Happy hunting and PLEASE share with me anything that you experience that is related. I love learning new things!
I also purposely try to keep my posts short, sweet, and have lots of visuals. I know my attention span equals that of a toddler so I keep this in mind and don’t want to lose my audience!! Enjoy!

I don’t see an email address here. Having to confirm each “follow” on your posts I don’t think is necessary. It discourages people from keeping up with all your cool stuff here.

Hi!
Great posts! We have many posts on art shows and events as well!
We stumbled on your blog and wanted you to be one of the first to know that we are launching an event website called wigo events. Our site focuses on a community of users in Los Angeles sharing cool events that they know about, and we would love to have you be a part of it! If you are interested in being one of our very first users please leave us your email address at the link right below, sorry its so long, don’t know how to add a hyperlink in the comment section haha. Once our site goes live in the next few months, we’ll let you know!

Really like the California-themed vintage stuff you got here. I live in NY and have only been to Cali once 😦 Love the old actors/actresses stuff, too. So cool!
Thanks!!

Here is a painting I bought a few years ago from a collection.ction at the moment appears to connect to Andy Warhols collection of art. And the ? is of a movie Warhol did of his mother, whos act was to be a Old Hollywood was, and to have been married several times and a young husband..
Gladys George dose fit that character, but unofficial the character is of Gloria Swanson. And again, But, he didn’t meet her until the seventies, and the collection I have is mainly worlds from 63 64. It just a possibility that his mother was set as Gladys George. But the Gloria Swanson is only a guess by Historians as well.,
